"Bike to Work Day celebrates Denver's commuters and promotes the idea that everyone can choose a more sustainable way to get around," said Nisha Mokshagundam, Way to Go program manager. "Every year, this event shows that people are ready to try a different way to commute.
Whether by bike, scooter or even Rollerblades, it's exciting to see people get out of their cars. The health and air quality benefits add up fast when more people make the switch."
