Request for proposals

The Denver Regional Council of Governments is issuing a request for proposals for transit capital, operating and mobility management projects that benefit older adults, individuals with disabilities  in the DRCOG region. Funding available from this call includes the Federal Transit Administration Section 5310 for the Denver-Aurora Large Urbanized Area. Funding from this request for proposal will be awarded starting July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025. This funding is subject to appropriations from the state and federal legislatures and may be reduced or canceled at any time.

To be considered for funding, applicants are required to attend a mandatory training conducted via Zoom, prior to submitting a proposal. To register for this training, click here. Request for proposals

The Area Agency on Aging receives federal Older Americans Act Title III funds and State Funding for Senior Services funds to support community-based service programs that benefit older adults aged 60 and older within the agency's eight-county region. Funding will be awarded beginning July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025, with the potential to extend for an additional year. Calls for Projects

The DRCOG Technical Assisatnce Pilot Program will connect DRCOG member governments with consultant services to reassess previous transportation and land use plans or studies. The program will be funded by DRCOG and $150,000 will be available for the pilot round.
