Join us to hear about three different communities around the DRCOG region at different places along the transit-oriented continuum. The Idea Exchange will feature communities experiencing rapid development and investment in advance of transit service beginning, as well as those establishing a vision and framework to guide future land use, infrastructure improvements and redevelopment activities in advance of significant private investment. The Idea Exchange will also share the findings of a research-based assessment of the region's existing light rail corridors - where they are along the development continuum and how they got there. The individual and collective experiences of the communities along these corridors may inform future activities that support the development of transit-oriented communities around the region.
