In this Idea Exchange, the objectives were to learn about county-and municipal-level age-friendly initiatives including:

• Comprehensive efforts to integrate aging issues throughout jurisdictional activities and programs
• New and revised ordinances to create adaptive housing units
• Efforts to create diverse service programs for older adults and their caregivers
