Join DRCOG and the Urban Land Institute Colorado District Council for a session that explores how communities in the Denver region use the council’s Technical Advisory Panel program to inform downtown development and investment. Speakers will describe the real estate development challenges facing key areas in their communities.
Attendees will learn about placemaking initiatives, planning efforts and policy tools designed to promote investment and reinvestment in these key areas to help support stronger, more livable communities.
