What is Project Visibility?
Project Visibility is a sensitivity program for older adult service providers that takes into account the unique needs and concerns of LGBT elders in order to ensure their safe and healthy future.
Project Visibility part II is an intermediate training designed for individuals who have already taken part I or have participated in Project Visibility in the past. Participants will explore what it means to be an ally, discover blind spots related to privilege, and practice skills for interacting competently with LGBT older adults.
