The 2020-2023 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) identifies federal and state-funded transportation projects to be implemented in the Denver region from fiscal years 2020 through 2023 (Oct. 1, 2019 - Sept. 30, 2023). The 2020-2023 TIP was adopted by the DRCOG Board on August 21, 2019. 

“Dual Model” Process

DRCOG initiated a new process for determining what projects should be included in the 2020-2023 TIP. This “dual model” process provided opportunities for subregions to fund local priority projects in addition to regional priority projects with continued focus on Metro Vision and the Regional Transportation Plan.
