The meeting will include:
Reports from the five subcommittees with updates on the initiatives that were approved at the last quarterly meeting.
• Housing
• Transition Coordinators/Intensive Case Manager Support
• Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
• Durable Medical Equipment/Home Health Care
• Post Transitions
Upon discussion of the subcommittee reports, the RTC will add additional insight and completed aspects of initiatives. Lunch will be served.
