Tuesday, March 30, 2021 - 10:30am to 12:00pm

  • Idea Exchange
  • Recent data shows that properties near station areas across metro Denver have an excess of parking. Standard guidelines are resulting in a substantial oversupply of parking that results in a higher cost of living, with a disproportionate burden on low-income residents. The findings can be used to better align standards with actual use to ultimately improve public welfare and economic vitality.

Join the next Metro Vision Idea Exchange webinar to hear from a panel of speakers who will examine regional, local and development perspectives in parking reform for a more affordable, connected Denver region.

    Speakers include:

    • Chessy Brady, Regional Transportation District
    • Analiese Hock, City and County of Denver
    • Eric Applefield, Grubb Properties

Discussion Moderator: Laura Rossbert, Shopworks Architecture
