At its Jan. 16 meeting, DRCOG's Board of Directors unanimously adopted the region's first active transportation plan. The plan was developed with in partnership with organizations and local governments from across the metro area in an effort to create a unified vision for what makes biking and walking comfortable and safe. It also aims to make better connections between bike and pedestrian trails and other facilities. Read more about it here.
