Inclusionary Zoning Cohort Session No. 3: Program Design and Structure

Session 3 of the Inclusionary Zoning Cohort will focus on the design and structure of inclusionary zoning programs.

Featured speakers are:

• Stephanie Reyes, state and local policy manager, Grounded Solutions Network
• Matt Weber, state and local policy senior specialist, Grounded Solutions Network

Stephanie Reyes and Matt Weber of Grounded Solutions Network will discuss inclusionary zoning program features and program structure, and cohort members will have an opportunity to participate in a scenario activity meant to simulate a council work session that considers an inclusionary zoning program.
