May 8, 2019: Communities in Transition - tools to predict and respond to gentrification

In this Idea Exchange, the objectives were to:

Learn about new models designed to understand how people, place and policy shape neighborhood change.

Presenters discussed publicly available data that can be used to predict whether a neighborhood may be impacted by gentrification, establish early warning systems and assist in the development of prevention strategies.  

This event was presented in partnership with CU Denver's City Center's Imagine a Great Region Initiative.
