Commercial Strip Revitalization in Wheat Ridge and Brighton
The cities of Wheat Ridge and Brighton are in the beginning stages of converting aging commercial strips into vibrant, mixed-use, pedestrian-oriented streets.   In this session, both shared their communities' ambitions and the key challenges that lie ahead.   After the presentations, Maureen Phair, Executive Director of the Arvada Urban Renewal Authority led a discussion and encouraged attendees to share their own experiences and to offer insight and advice.
