    NOTICE is hereby given that the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) will hold a public hearing at 6:30 pm Wednesday, January 20, 2016, at DRCOG’s first floor meeting room, 1290 Broadway, in Denver.

    This public hearing is an opportunity to comment on proposed 2015 Cycle 2 amendments to the 2040 Fiscally Constrained Regional Transportation Plan (2040 RTP) and associated air quality conformity documents – DRCOG Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Particulate Matter (PM10) Conformity Determination, and the Denver Southern Subarea 8-hour Ozone Conformity Determination.

    Public Comment
    Several opportunities exist to provide comment on the proposed amendments to the 2040 RTP and associated air quality conformity documents:

    • Those who would like to comment at the public hearing may contact Mark Northrop at mnorthrop@drcog.org or 303-480-6771, before January 20, or sign up that evening to speak.
    • Those who cannot attend may submit written comments before 5:00 pm on January 20 to Casey Collins at ccollins@drcog.org or to DRCOG Chair, 1290 Broadway, Suite 700, Denver, CO 80203-5606.
    • Comments may also be submitted using the form below.
    • Speakers at the public hearing will have up to three minutes to present testimony. Groups wishing to testify about a particular project are encouraged to combine their comments and have one person represent all those wishing to comment on that particular project.
