At its Oct. 18 meeting, the DRCOG Board of Directors named Douglas Rex as DRCOG's new Executive Director. Rex joined the council as Transportation Planning and Operations Director in the fall of 2013, and has recently been Acting Executive Director in addition to his transportation responsibilities.
