It’s really not that uncommon for Denverites to bike to work in the winter, even in snowstorms. In shorts. But the Denver Regional Council of Governments is perennially interested in making biking ever more common, all year round. That’s why it’s hosting Winter Bike to Work Day on Friday. Denverite, Feb. 7
