LEED-ND 101: Practical Strategies for Achieving Sustainability Goals
In this session, attendees were provided a basic explanation of LEED-ND and explored the benefits, opportunities and challenges facing municipalities in using it.  The City of Lakewood, Colorado discussed how LEED-ND is supporting their neighborhood development and transit planning. The City of El Paso, TX shared its experience with LEED-ND within the comprehensive plan process and how the city's smart code addresses some requirements of LEED-ND.
