Looking to the Future: Mobility Choice Blueprint

In 2019, the Mobility Choice Blueprint, a collaborative strategy to help the metro Denver region identify how to best prepare for and invest in the rapidly changing technology that is revolutionizing transportation mobility, was completed. This strategy was developed using a unique planning and funding partnership between the Denver Regional Council of Governments, the Colorado Department of Transportation, the Regional Transportation District and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. The blueprint provides coordinated strategic direction for planners to anticipate evolving mobility needs in the region related to walking, biking, driving and transit. The 2030 Blueprint analyzed travel trends and technologies in the region, explored and evaluated various technologies and their implications for mobility and created new planning and implementation partnerships.
