Growth in housing costs continues to outpace increases in household incomes. While this is a problem throughout the nation, it is more pronounced in the Denver region. As a result, households have started living together, a strategy that spreads the cost of food, utilities, rents and maintenance among more people. Attendees will learn about Denver region-specific research available to the public, hear about economic forces that impact housing decisions and discover implications of planning and economic policies that affect housing markets.
