  • What is Project Visibility?

Project Visibility is a sensitivity program for older adult service providers that takes into account the unique needs and concerns of LGBT elders in order to ensure their safe and healthy future.

Project Visibility part I is a basic training designed for individuals who have had little to no previous training in this area. Part I participants will develop a new awareness of the strengths and needs of LGBT elders, receive an introduction to what it
means to be an ally, and receive a manual with effective steps for communicating respect for LGBT elders’ lives.
