Please join leaders from around the state to learn about:
- the State of Colorado’s Lifelong Colorado initiative and efforts to create lasting partnerships between the state and age-friendly local communities
- effective organizing models for local age-friendly initiative
- emerging practices in affordable housing and mobility services
- efforts to create tools to assist your community in your age-friendly work
- the role of philanthropic organizations in our state’s age-friendly movement
Participants will hear from local and national experts, and have opportunities to learn from communities and peers from across Colorado.
