While the aging population is growing, use of available resources and services is declining. Many of these resources are provided through DRCOG at little or no cost. This dynamic is directly affecting the health and well-being of aging Coloradans. There's been enough thinking and talking about it--it is now time to DO something about it. How do we reach more of the aging community to let them know what resources are available?
Come prepared to explore the following questions:
- What is one idea you have to close the gap in reaching more seniors?
- What do you know of that is already successful in connecting seniors with available resources/information?
- Who do you know who could have an impact on resolving this issue and should be included in this discussion?
During this session participants will be introduced to Signature Style™, a process with a 20-year track record of successes with major national reform initiatives for U.S. Health and Human Services and Medicare.
