  • Want to get in on one of Colorado's best-kept secrets? Join us to learn how the Statewide Internet Portal Authority (SIPA) can support your local government. SIPA's suite of services includes web hosting, web development, payment processing, event registration, security assessments, content management and customer relationship management--most of which are free to Colorado's local governments. It also sponsors a competitive micro-grant program for making government information, products and services available online.

Jack Arrowsmith, executive director, and his team will join us to discuss how the authority can help your jurisdiction in its online and mobile endeavors. Jack was previously clerk and recorder for Douglas County, as well as a public trustee to the county. His management experience includes the travel, insurance and publishing industries, and he started his career as a teacher at Englewood High School.

All member government representatives are welcome, elected officials and staff.
