Accountable Health Communities advisory board seeks new member
The DRCOG Accountable Health Communities (AHC) program is looking for a person with Medicaid to serve as a member of our advisory board. Becoming a member of our advisory board gives you the opportunity to share your insight and experience receiving services from health care providers and other organizations that you use to support your well-being. We need your unique perspective involving healthcare and community-based services. The AHC program will demonstrate that connecting Medicaid and Medicare beneficiaries with community-based resources impacts health outcomes and healthcare costs.
If you are currently employed and use Medicaid, are able to attend one meeting a month from noon to 1:30 p.m., and would like to be a part of our efforts to improve healthcare and community-based services, please contact Nicholas Lervick, Community Resource Navigator, at 303-480-6729 or nlervick@drcog.org by Friday, Oct. 19 at 5 p.m.
