How did you hear about our Schoolpool program?
Getting your child to school can be as easy as A B C with the Schoolpool program.
Schoolpool is a free carpool matching service for parents who drive their children to and from school. More than 10,000 elementary and secondary school families in the Denver/Boulder metropolitan area are enrolled in the program. Click here to view a map of Schoolpool participants.
Here's how it works:
- School agrees to participate
- School provides student directory or distributes applications to families, and parents provide information to DRCOG RideArrangers
- Parents receive a list of potential carpool partners
- Parents contact each other to start a carpool
Schoolpool benefits:
- Helps parents save time and money
- Helps parents manage school and work schedules
- Improves safety at the school by reducing the number of cars at drop-off and pick-up areas
- Provides an alternative to driving children to and from school every day
- Helps improve air quality
